For young players, that means keeping school, college and qualifications on track so football adds to their options. For senior players, it means coaching badges, courses and the skills that open doors later. Learning never stops being useful.

Injuries, rejection, moving away from home, social media and pressure are all part of the game. We stay in regular contact, notice when things aren't right, and help players find the right support when they need it.
